Here’s what ya get that my private clients don’t (Shh! Don’t tell ‘em!):

1. Being in a coaching session with 3 other people who are all creatives and who all have similar goals/challenges, you immediately get the comfort of knowing you’re not alone, as well as a kick-ass support system that extends beyond, um, me (I am only 1 person after all!). One of my groups continues to meet biweekly via Skype to set new goals and hold themselves accountable, 6 months after our Operation! officially ended. They’re so in love, and I love that.

2. You’ll be in a private Facebook group with all the other members of your Operation!, not just the other 3 in your immediate group. That way you can all share resources, celebrate wins, and get 24/7 love, attention and answers from a group of likeminded, amazeballs creatives who are determined to make their passionate career a reality.

3. See the topics above that we’re guaranteed to discuss/work through/have exercises on? We’ll take those topics off the page and spend time each week digging into the particulars, so you can get even more juicy a-ha! moments through the genius insights of your compadres.

4. The price is $65 a session – not $161 a session (which I’ll raise my prices to before the end of 2011). With 3 75-minute phone sessions each month, it’s an investment of $199/mo for four months. Compared to my private sessions, that saves you $1,335 over all 12 weeks. What?! YES!

Although now that I think of it….here’s what you’ll get that my private clients also get (OhmyGOSH they’re gonna be mad!):

1. Your own private coaching time each and every week. Ya see, part of the reason I don’t shove a kamillion (or more than 4) people in an Operation! together is because I wouldn’t be able to have one-on-one coaching time with you. Not to dis any teachers, but I’m not interested in hearing myself talk, or giving a lecture. I’m a coach because I’m here to hear your challenges, your goals, your wins and your roadblocks. And I’ll be able to, each and every week. With your own 15-min time block, we can accomplish a lot. Don’t believe me? 2. Each session is recorded and posted to the private Facebook group within 24 hours, so you can listen to ‘em forever and always, whether you miss a session or not.

3. Me! (That goes without saying, but I had to include on the sole basis of it makin’ me laugh)

4. The same session structure. We’ll meet weekly for 3 weeks, and have an “off-week” for the fourth. Why, you ask? Well, the off-week allows you to use the tools/a-ha! moments/wins/techniques you found through coaching on your own. Since that ultimately is the goal of coaching  - for you to take what you’ve learned and use it without the continuous help of a coach – the “off-week” is a great way to practice, and to bring the challenges that came with it back into our sessions!
