It’s the Tough (Question) Tuesday Thanksgiving edition! The man above must be questioning how much turkey he should eat. Hence the tongue hanging out of his mouth.

OK, enough with the funny business.

Thank of a challenge you’re facing right now. Make it a really sucky challenge. Now ask yourself:

“Is there anything in this situation I can find to be grateful for?”

What’s the decision that you need to be making that you’re not making now?

Peel the layers away. Scare yourself. Look at that decision in the face and stare it down. Punch it in the face if you have to. Then write about it, breathe it, live it. Share it with the one you spend your life with. Talk about it and have a good cry. Think about the life you want to be leading and what’s stopping you.

Now………what are you going to do about it?
