Link Love: January 2010

People, it has been approximately 1 million years since I posted a Link Love post, & because of that – & because I literally subscribe to over 100 blogs in my Google Reader (that’s post-purging!), there are appoximately 1 million links to share. But, because none of us has 1 million years to read all these links, I tortured myself by including no more than 20 of them. Now, please note that there are over 700 unread posts in my Reader, & I think that my Reader lists when a post is starred – not written – so these are from the posts I’ve starred in January. Whew! This is getting complicated. Isn’t “simplicity” my 2010 word? I gotta look into that.

And for some shameless self-promotion, because I’m bursting at the seams!:

  • I can’t not link again to my Newsweek.com video, Put Me In, Life Coach. Then read an update from my client that’s profiled, who had the cajones to ask to be put on a new project that sparked her interest & wound up managing it. Through the roof am I.
  • Have you seen Spring lately? We’ve been posting new content weekly & it’s pretty freakin’ awesome, if we do say so ourselves. And if you comment on any of our Jan posts, you get entered to win Jess’ New Years Goals & Intentions Kit. It’s so awesome & I’m so ineligable for the contest, I had to buy one!

And thanks to everyone who wrote themselves a Dear Future Me letter, answered 1 Thing in 2010, wished me a Happy Birthday and/or pimped out my Newsweek video! Honestly, there was so much love & goodness I didn’t have time to list them all here. Don’t you love that?

So what did you love/read this Jan? Please share – I wanna know!

  9. Jess LC Says:

Hah! Skimming this article I didn’t even notice the links to MML. I needed Google alterts to gently point out where they were. Thanks so much for the link love, my dear. Are you still in over your head with new opportunities or are things calming down for a moment so you can breathe? Both sides of the coin are so important long term :)

  10. Michelle Says:

That makes me feel better, Jess, ’cause I do, too! For some reason my WordPress stats are super slow to show me incoming links (or don’t show them at all), so I have a few Google Alerts set up. It’s fun to see where I pop up every day!

And, um, I am breathing (not breathing is, um, bad) but man, I’m totally overwhelmed. I’m grateful for being overwhelmed, but I am so very ready to not have two full-time jobs! Geez Louise Louise.
