Aw, thanks Arianna! I checked out your blog as well & love love love it. It'll be so helpful for me when we move in to our new apartment next week! And Little Foot is the super cutest.

I find it so impressive that your learned the Purge Your Frenemies commandment back when you were still a teenager. I'm such a people pleaser that I would let anyone that wanted to spend time with me spend time with me, even if I had no interest/hated (!) spending time with them. I was 30 before I came to terms with how toxic that actually was! And yes, changing direction is so tough & scary, but I can't imagine my life if I was still pounding the pavement to make ends meet! I would have missed out on so many blessings in my life, & I don't use words like that often. It's all about listening to your gut & your heart & then figuring out how it's best to change course for you.

Michelle, you’re truly an inspiration! All of your intentions resonate with me.

I love how you talked about purging your toxic frenemies. I think that's so incredibly important for all of us to do -purge all toxic relationships in general. I realized this as I was leaving high school. No drama necessary!

I checked out your website and I absolutely agree with the idea that it’s okay to change your dream(s), your direction. Sometimes we hold on so strongly to something and forget to check once in awhile to see if it still fits what we want. I think especially when we’re young, its easy to be allured by the glamorized version of certain jobs, lifestyles, etc. The thing is that you never really know if something will truly fit unless you give it a try it and its okay to change direction if once you try you realize its not what you want.

I will certainly be following your blog! :)
