Tough (Question) Tuesday: What are you currently learning?

Lessons by amy.jpg, found via Pinterest

I’m learning how to say No in a way that supports me, comforts me, and opens the door for me to say Yes (just not in the way I’m used to).

I’m learning how to enforce boundaries.

I’m learning how to build my business around my needs, my wants, and my desires. And I’m learning there’s nothing wrong with that.

I’m learning to be scared and do it anyway.

I’m learning how really, truly, deeply important it is to own your uniquity (and broadcast it loudly and clearly).

I’m learning that every decision I make – whether it goes well or horribly wrong or somewhere in between – is an opportunity to learn.

I’m learning that everything happens for a reason.

I’m learning how much I need to spend time outside when the weather’s warm.

I’m learning how to play my new pink ukelele (her name is Lucille).

I’m learning that challenges are to be embraced, not avoided.

I’m learning what it’s like to really be part of an amazeballs team (yes, I’m talking about me & my man).

I’m learning to dream big.

I’m learning how to let go.

I’m learning what’s worth hanging on to.

I’m learning that change is unavoidable, and is most powerful when you decide to be the boss of it.

I’m learning to take back my time.

I’m learning that the scariest things usually reap the biggest rewards.

What are you currently learning?

    Ooooh!

    I'm learning to…

    * be married!
    * the administrative ins and outs from the toddler group I run so that we can apply for a Community Support grant from IKEA.
    * that's it's worth preparing so you can relax when the actual event comes around (from the latest Messy Church I ran with my co-runner).
    * cook vegan! Yeah! Eat it!
    * create something exciting that people want to be part of (our local Messy Church)
    * write in a new and fun way, rather than the academic way that did me so well at university.
    * see opportunities!

    Yay! Thanks for another fantastic and inspiring question Michelle! I should keep my answers to your tough questions on file so I can look back at them, really.
    :-D Have a great day!

    Today I learned that it is VERY easy to get used to success and take it for granted. I heard once that you only experience a feeling for 90 seconds unless you consciously feed it. I'm learning to keep my momentum going for longer.

    - to talk to strangers

    - to give more of myself
