Wow, now you've got me thinking! I was going to say ENJOY
b/c I plan to spend the next 3 months on maternity leave doing just
that. But then I'll be going back to work in April, and while I
will enjoy that too, it seemed too simple of a word to capture the
active engagement it will require to balance it all. And BALANCE
seemed to dry to convey the joy in arriving where I am, where I've
worked and waited to be for so long. My career is exactly where I
want it to be; my family is a joy to watch unfold, and I want the
work of it all not to out-shadow the the fun and gratefulness I
feel. So REVEL, I think, is my word for 2011. Not simply to enjoy
it, or just to seek balance, but to REVEL in it while I do both of
those things.

Ohmygosh, you guts are just amazeballs! I was out & about yesterday & just loved loved loved seeing all the comments & words come through when I would check in on my iphone. You are all so inspirational! I know 2011 will be a fantabulous year for us all, simply because we're starting it by putting some thought and love behind it. Yay!

Forward. My word is absolutely Forward. I stole my personal
motto from Walt Disney. Keep Moving Forward. I write it everywhere
and try to remind myself of it as often as possible. No matter what
happens, I try to Keep Moving Forward. @Leysa – I'm so surprised
that my comment stuck with you like that. I'm glad, though. I was
very self conscious after I posted that. I don't often say things
that often in comments or forums and I'm trying to get better about
it. So I went for it. And, now I'm very glad I did!
