Sounds like your dealing with growing pains Michelle – a good problem to have. One option you may want to consider is hiring a virtual assistant to help with many of the tasks that you mentioned in your video. That can take a ton of load off of your shoulders and help you focus on the core of what you do – awesome coaching.

Holy hell, woman! You look GAWgeous in that video. But then, I'm a sucker for sequins. ;)

OK. Superficiality aside … mad props to you for hitting your sweet spot by "sharing the reigns." Maybe someday you'll need an intern to manage your empire? I can only imagine the volume of applicants that you'd receive …

I love your vlog posts! Congrats on the next level of your success. It's hard to give up control (believe me I know) but you are most definitely doing the right thing for yourself and your business. So happy for you! :)

@Robert – You are a trillion percent right. Thankfully I had a call scheduled for 12:30p today with a VA I bartered with for the past few months, so she can help me with client & calendar management. It definitely is tough turning over your hard-earned moolah for things you "can" do yourself, but I signed up for 10 hours this month & know it'll be money well spent!

@Alexandra – Thanks, love! It was totally the lighting/angle. And the sequins :) Ooh, an intern – whadda great idea! Think any interns would want to do mostly admin work? It's funny to think they'd willingly do that just to learn how I work & stuff. My ego's all, "Never!" But I'm totally smiling, so maybe in 2011…..Hmmmm….

@Patty – Aw, you're so sweet! And I totally agree. I think that I'm actually looking forward to the help because I'm excited to be able to bring the focus back to the coaching & the other goals I have for myself. Y'know, the exciting stuff!

The best thing about the video..you seem so happy! Love that, and only good things can come from that kind of inner joy and confidence.

  9. Michelle Says:

Aw, thanks Nikki! I am in a very happy place (& not afraid to show it!).
