Tough (Question) Tuesday: What will you get out of your head & into your hands, literally?

Today is the day by The BIG Harumph
It was a huge a-ha moment for my client. So much so that she pronounced she was done with “research” & “preparation” & “ideas” – she was sick of ‘em, sick of working on that & only that for days, weeks, months, years at a time.
“I’m getting out of my head and into my hands, literally!”
It’s a statement that life coaches like me live for, & it’s now The Motivating Statement of All Motivating Statements for this client to start (& continue!) putting one foot in front of the other. I made her post it where she can see it often, & might even make her tattoo it on her forehead backwards.
The statement certainly got me thinking, & now it’s our turn to answer the question:
What will you get out of your head & into your hands, literally?

I'll absolutely, positively, undoubtably get the idea of an hour break during the day to exercise/business build/create out of my head & into my hands. Off to schedule it in for the rest of the week!

I feel like I had a similar moment with my shop launch (or, during the process to get it launched).
I'm reaching a good "maintence" level on that now and it's time to pick a new idea to develop – my next one brewing is my ebook and I've taken a few tiny steps but have been sitting at that point for a few weeks now. I can schedule an hour or two this weekend to take the next step!

Hey! That's me! Cool.
I find that I keep things in my head and don't "do" because of confidence in my ability to succeed. So my follow-through tends to wane.
But I am, right now, working towards getting Apples and Orange as a business out of my head and into my hands!

Wow did I need this post!! A reader passed it along to me and I can see why…I definitely need to get out of my head more. I tend to over analyze everything…especially when it comes to money, so its hard to stop!
