I've never bought anything from Zappos, and they only recently entered my stratosphere because Gwen Bell always talks about them. But I'm totally convinced to read this now. I'm becoming increasingly interested in the way that for-profits can do good work (and how nonprofits sometimes don't live up to the hype). Guess it's off to the library for me! Wow!
