If you were forced to pick 1 activity that you’d have to do every day for the rest of your life, what would it be?

I would read I don't have enough time to sit and read a book now, and that is something I would love to be "forced" to do. I think it would make me smarter, more interesting person.

if i had to pick one activity to do for the rest of my life it would definitely be reading! theres just not enough hours in the day for me to get as much reading done as i'd like. i could only imagine what it would be like to literally run out of books! haha! it kind of reminds me of the old twilight zone episode "not enough time" where the world ends and theres one survivor who prior to the end of the world caught so much guff for wanting to read so much. he was excited to have all the time in the world to read as much as he wants without any interruption until he breaks his glasses and cant see a thing!

only one activity for the rest of my life? yikes, that so tough! i think i'd say yoga, because it calms the body & the mind, which i feel like i'd need if i could only ever do one activity…
