Great Giveaway #2: The Whole Self, Everything Little Miss & Amethyst Cottage!
Are we having fun yet?! Duh we are! It’s only Day 2 of 5 Great Giveaway Days, & I’m so glad we have 3 more days of partying left. This is my idea of a blogabration!
In case you’ve just arrived, every day for this entire week I’m gonna have a package of products (yes, that means more than 1!) featured, all of which will go to that day’s winner. Each giveaway will be open for entries until 6/8, & I’ll use random.org to announce all the winners on my blog on 6/9. So if you haven’t already, head to yesterday’s entries & comment for your chance to win. Then, come back tomorrow for yet another chance. Fun, right?! Right!
The Great Giveaway for today is pretty amazeballs, if I do say so myself. But I hear the play-off music starting, so I’ll stop talking & will pass this on over to the sponsors!

Nicola describes Heaton Park, a huge open space in Manchester with woodlands of ancient trees, lakes and ponds, as “a beautiful place not only to appreciate nature but also to retreat from the world outside.” I think you can retreat from the world inside your home with the triptych (that’s a fancy word for “series of 3″) of photographs from Nicola’s Etsy shop or Flickr account. You can also find Nicole on Twitter, Facebook, & on her website conducting workshops “to help others reach that part of themselves that is divine, unique and authentic and, in doing so, learning how to be the best they can be, doing what they love.” Ain’t she the coolest?

April May, besides having the best name ever, does custom design work (website design, wedding invitations, business cards, etc) along with creating rocking/darling/adorabletastic note cards for her Etsy shop. You can also find her online on her website, her Facebook Fan Page & her twitter account. Follow/ friend/ fan her for said adorabletasticness across the boards!

Melissa’s worked in many mediums including polymer clay, beads, fabric, fibers of all sorts, and more beads. Her current loves are her custom charms, knitting, and searching for new artists to introduce to the world. She’s able to do it all on her website, her blog, Twitter, & Facebook. She’s also doing her own 5th anniversary giveaway, so you’ll totally want in on that. And if you tell me that making photos/images into custom charms isn’t super amazeballs, I’m gonna hafta check your head for a fever.
In order to enter the Great Giveaway #2, submit your comment that answers the following question:
If you had to create a product that conveys your personal mantra, what would it say?
You have until 6/8 at 11:59p Eastern to enter with your comment for this & every Great Giveaway this week (1 entry per Giveaway per person)! Winners will be announced on 6/9, but don’t forget to come back tomorrow to enter Great Giveaway #3 with prizes from Kathleen Magistro, Jess Swift & Diana Brennan! Ooh! And later today I’ll be announcing the winner of Alexandra Franzen’s Spruce Up Yo’ Resume Scholarship. It’s such a party in here!

If I had a product it would say I am light, free, and open to possibilities! Happy Birthday friend!

My product would be a t-shirt line that states: smile and the world will too! (One smile goes a long way!) Especially during a "tough" day..

Hmmm…right now I think I'd design some crazy beautiful tiara that has a spiral in the center and a diamond angel that would dance on my forehead. Maybe I'll get right on that – it makes me happy just thinking about it.

I'd steal mine from Langhorne Slim – "You've got to learn to get a little happy along the way!"

If I had to create a product that conveys my personal mantra, I believe it would be
"Find beauty in all things, small and large, man and beast, what can be seen and what can only be sensed"
I believe that I embody this in my photography and my doodles.
Bright Blessings 'n Hugs,
Bit

My personal mantra is, "Put On Your Big Girl Panties". Yup, that's me. Suck it up, LOL! Thanks for the opportunity to win these amazing prizes!

"Believe" so it could inspire me to keep going even on the hard days.

I've always wanted to get a tattoo of the word "Endure" on the inside of my wrist. Just something small to remind me of what I've faced before and that because of that I can get through anything else that comes my way. Endure – put up with something or somebody unpleasant, face and withstand with Courage, continue to live through hardship or adversity, last and be usable, Continue to Exist. Endure.

A product with my personal mantra would be maybe a line of organic cotton clothing with fluffy clouds that read "Float on". This line inspires me to keep moving, stay focused, don't let things get to you and really to just breathe!

Oh so gorgeous- what talented people!
June 6th, 2010 at 4:42 pm
I don't really have a mantra – maybe "inspire"?

If you had to create a product that conveys your personal mantra, what would it say?
I would create product that would have the words "No Regrets." It's the personal mantra I am trying to adopt–I'm taking big steps with it!!
