Absolutely, Jen! And I have a feeling that you're reaching out/helping more than you're giving yourself credit for. You might wanna take a closer look! :)

It's always great to have this reminder. It's one of the things lacking in my life at the moment - reaching outside myself regularly. Thank you for encouraging me to do it more often!

Jo Anna, that's so awesome! I'd love to hear those stories as to how the people you gave the gifts to used them in an act of service. You're spreading so much good in the world. Yay!

I started a little project where I put money and other things(note cards, jewelry I made, lotto tickets, super market gift cards) in brown paper bags. Then I gave them to other people with the directions to use the contents in an act of service, what ever that means to them.
I started it when I was given a gift of some money and continue it whenever I have some extra goodies around. I like to inspire service, especially when people start worrying about giving because they don't have enough. It's a really fun project and I love to hear how people used the bags.
