I totally know those vampire voices, that urgency, and those blahs. It's a funny thing when you get to that place where you're actually DOING IT, and it's wonderful, but it's also pretty scary. The beauty of it is, like you said, the vampire voices get louder as you get closer, and they are seriously antagonizing fellows! My favorite moments are when I hear the vampires, and then I hear my deeper self, and then I laugh at how the vampires almost got me again, but they didn't! Oh, what a journey! Like I think I've said before in a comment, I'm in the plan B stage (part-time day job for now), and man, it really isn't bad over here. It's amazingly un-bad, after all of the anguish I put myself through fearing it before! Lastly, I want to say: you are a superstar for doing what your doing and making it happen--and with a financial cushion to boot! Yup, I feel into the trap of, "I'm a life coach, so I must pretend that I know the answers to EVERYTHING & have EVERYTHING worked out" once upon a time. But then I thought about what I offer as a life coach, & the people who I was attracted to, & realized that authenticity, transparency & vulnerability were huge. Since then I've made a promise to be all of the above right here on my blog. Thanks so much, Bryn! Just genuine. I once asked a friend what they would like to see in a motivational coach/speaker and she said vulnerability. Knowing that the "expert" doesn't have it all figured out just yet or didn't at parts in their journey makes you feel like "ok I can do this". My point in relaying all of that is to say keep hanging in there. I am not sure you have heard of a concept called perturbation but essentially in order to get through the glory there has to be some pressure some heat for transformation. And you are already a diamond but you know it takes a lot of to change them from stone. Anyway thanks for sharing and inspiring me to put it all out there. PS: I will definitely love to do something together as soon as I get my stuff up and running (website teleseminars etc) Cuz I think you would be a great interview! Make it a great day!
