What's workin' for me is WORKIN' IT! Haha. By which I mean: telling anyone who will listen who I am, what I do, what I WANT to do, and everything in between. Concisely, of course. And while foisting organic Newman's Own mint-chocolate sandwich cookies upon them. Such trickery.

Yay for being authentic! :)

What's been working for me lately is examining my "shoulds" to help me figure out how my time should (oops!) be spent and what I should be doing. Whenever I feel a little bit of doubt, I stop and ask myself, "Why are you doing this? Is it because you want to or because you think you should?" That has made a huge difference to me. It's also becoming easier to unapologetically let people know that I'm not going to be able to do things.

For me, "what's working" is ME, thank the Lord! The more I put myself out there authentically, the more I seem to get what's right for me, whether it's new clients or new friends or new media opportunities. I've never felt more sure that just putting myself out there as me is my best marketing strategy.

I think, too, that's what's working is checking in with myself to ensure that my next step(s) is aligned with my values, strengths & interests. I want to not only be passionate about coaching, but about my blog, & Spring, & the other tasks that take up my time. Ensuring that the things that are on my plate are the things that I love/want on my plate makes a big huge difference.

So I'm gonna keep being me & keep making sure that what I'm doing is what I want to be doing. It's tougher than it seems sometimes!
