Thanks Wini, Jessica & Heather! I'm also intrigued by jobs people have that I've never heard or thought of before. "Picking" Tara on Elfster was just serendipity! I hope to have a new Grown-Up Gig up here on a weekly basis, so feel free to keep coming back!

And Jessica, why not put the quote somewhere you can see it often, or when you're feeling low (ie the journal you write in when you're stuck on a challenge). I have a terrible memory, so I never rely on my brain to remember anything ever!

Congrats Michelle & Tara, this is a great interview! I was in the same team as Tara on the BYW course and I enjoyed learning more about her. I agree about mistakes being learning experiences, rather than failures. Its really inspiring to read how things all came together!

Charlotte – it isn't so much that I've worked through it completely (I still face that challenge from time to time), but that I believe it is everyone's right to do what they love and to live what is calling to them.

My dad says life is easy, there are only two rules. Rule #1: Figure out what you want to do. Rule #: Do it. The trick is, most people never get past #1. If that's you, stick with Michelle and she'll get you to #2.
