Aw, thanks Caitlin! I'm so glad that you appreciated my "steps", as I've come to realize as of late that I haven't been much of a "tip" offerer in this blog – which should be illegal for a life coach! Again, Congrats, Michelle. I really appreciate how you broke down the factors leading to your much deserved success. I often rehash what happened when something doesn't go well, but evaluation after a success is just as important and valuable–probably even more so. The steps and factors you outlined all make sense and are things I will want to keep in mind as I go through a lot of transitions and goal-setting in my life right now. And it's a good reminder to go through a similar reflection process after my own triumphs (both major and mini)–to help make sure they happen again! Thanks so much for sharing!!!
