Confession!

Maybe We Have No Idea What We’re Doing from Wordboner
Hi kids!
I wanted to let you know that I’m alive and well – a lot less overwhelmed, a lot more focused, and full of energy & pep. And verve. I like that word – “verve.” It’s the “r” sandwiched between two “v’s” that makes it so fun.
Anyway, I know that my posts have been sporadic lately, and I wanted to make a confession. It’s gonna be anti-climatic (“confession” might make you think that I’m going to tell you I’m your mother’s evil twin or something), but I gotta tell ya anyway:
I’m not sure what the heck I’m doing with this blog anymore.
I don’t mean this to be negative in any way, shape, or form. It’s just that, well, I had a formula with this blog, and then I threw the formula out – which was totally welcomed & needed (thank you BYW class!), & now I have all these ideas that I’m not entirely sure how to execute. I’ve been reading your answers to my survey & I really appreciate each & every one of you who has taken time to complete it, as you’ve sparked a lot of ideas & have given me some awesomely amazing feedback.
So, in the future you can expect more content about career transitions for creative souls. You can expect book, site & product reviews that will help you along your way. You can expect a monthly link love list that will give you the best of the best (thanks Carolyn for the idea!). You can expect the same ol’ personal content – my past, present & future journeys. You can expect interviews with creatives like yourself who have incorporated their passion into a career that aligns with their values, needs, & priorities. You can expect the Motivation Monday & Tough (Question) Tuesday series that you’ve come to love. You can expect the great artwork that’s always been here to keep on being here, too.
So please, bear with me while I find my footing. I promise it’ll be worthwhile!
Thanks for being a friend,
Michelle

I'm sure you're good to your word. Everything I've read so far has already been worthwhile
Even if something doesn't completely apply to me, your wonderful attitude make my rough days easier. Thank you for publishing a wonderful blog!

Totally normal, and a sign of growth! We'll be here, friend.

Thanks, doll! I'm really excited about the changes – it's just figuring out how to execute them & get my groove on.

Can I copy and paste this post to my blog! I'm feeling the same way right now. It must be a good thing — a sign that we're moving forward and we just need to wait a bit for our blogs (our blogging minds) to catch up! I keep waiting for that moment when everything clicks and I know how everything fits together — but it's taking longer than expected! Maybe this weekend

It was so funny, Carolyn – I felt we both dropped off Internet Land around the same time! I don't have finals as an excuse though
Maybe we can have a power blog session when we see each other? I'd love to talk to you about my ideas & support you with yours, too. I was also thinking more of our project – I have such a great idea (I think!) that I can't wait to tell you about it!

Michelle…you are great! You know that as we achieve our goals and look to the future to become successful and fabulous coaches, that it takes some transition , and this is just what you have intitiated.
I love your blog! Your writing is hysterical. So, we will bear with you because you are great and we can't wait to read more of your entries!

You're so sweet, Paige! Thanks so much for the reassurance & the compliment. You can't see me, but I'm totally blushing.
