Love this, Jeremie. And yes, I agree that positivity isn't all cheerleader smiles and "Go team!" My hubby can be quite grounded and direct while also enthusing me with positive energy - and I love that about him.

"A positive work in progress..."Maybe that a Sunday Night Success waiting to happen? Would love to hear how you work on bringing out the optimist in you - if it's something tangible or not.

For me positivity means supporting the people in my life with what they are doing, and helping them to have a better day/week/month/etc through that support. It means helping people trying to find the positive or the learning experience from their situations instead of getting down.

For me, positivity does not have to be bubbly, jump all around, and always be smiling (not that there is anything wrong with that). I think I am a more subtle positive person than that, but I still think I am quite often positive.

As a recovering pessimist I am still not as positive, as often, as I would like to be, so I see myself as a positive work in progress.
